Welcome To Joe’s Sports and Fitness Journal

Hello everyone, my name is Joe and this is Joe’s Fitness journal. I intend to use this as my personal journal through my recovery from a major injury last year, but also as just a normal sports and fitness blog sometimes as well. Last year I was competing in a international Luge competition, and through an unlucky turn of events I crashed and broke three vertebrae in my back. Since then I have had four surgery to repair the damage, and started walking unassisted only 2 months ago. Since then I am jogging everyday, and doing weight training three times a week to level out the muscles in my body.

I really hope that you join me on this journey, I will be detailing my dieting, my exercises, different regimes I try out, and different slight changes I make to my lifestyle to aid in my path to recovery. I will also try posting some sporting world news every once in awhile, I have found writing it really motivates me to get back out there competing. So that’s me.
